SPA POLICIES
By reserving an appointment with us, you agree to all policies and terms. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
All edible are non refundable. If product is damaged due to excessive heat you will receive credit equal to the amount spent minus shipping. I would suggest being home when package is deliver are paying additional for expedited shipping.
Please note gummies are made to order and are good for 60 days. Gummies should be refrigerated to prevent molding. Because the gummies are made with several natural herbs they may have a Peculiar smell, however they are safe an this is very common when any type of herbs are vitamins are contained. This doesn’t not allot for a refund.
Non edible items will only be able to receive credit if not damaged an item is unopened. Must notify She Klutch of issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery otherwise the item will be non refundable an not able to receive credit. Customer is responsible for shipping fees after initial shipping.
She Klutch will not be responsible for missing or loss packages. A claim must be filed with the carrier. If the item is damage a claim must be made with the carrier, all packages have $100 worth of insurance when shipped.
You must contact She klutch the day package is delivered in the event gummies are melted upon delivery. Boxes CAN NOT be Exposed to heat. She klutch will no longer be responsible for packages being exposed to heat of no fault of the business. Please be sure you provide number at check out and correct address to ensure you are able to receive package when delivered or request package be left to FED Ex. She klutch will not replace any items stating delivered, you must file a claim for loss or missing packages.
Refund Policy:
Once booked deposits are no refundable.
IMPORTANT:
All clients must wear mask at time of session. No children allowed in spa if not receiving treatment.
Clients must cancel apt within 24 hours or session will be void.
Please be on time. Clients will have 15 min grace period or session will be cancelled. Clients will be required to pay $15 rebooking fee.
Consistently is key. Clients have 30 days to complete package or sessions will be void.( this allows for maximum results)
Late Arrival:
Appointments cannot be extended beyond the stated reservation time to accommodate late arrivals so as to not overlap the next guest’s appointment time. If you arrive late and the session is not started on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and payment of the full session price will be required.
Privacy Policy:
Client data is collected and stored in a secured third-party electronic database for your protection. Your information will never be given, collected, or sold to any other third-party.
Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary, including contraindications to scheduled services. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
